Benefit Description

As a participant in the Nurse Line program you may contact the nurse line provider line 24 hours per day, seven days a week, and 365 days per year. Members call the nurse line and may speak to a registered nurse. These nurses are a reliable and caring source of health and medical information, education and support.

In addition as a Nurse Line participant member, you and your family have access to on-line and telephonic access over 1000 topics in the health information library.

Specific questions may be answered by the Registered Nurse on duty. When basic health information in needed there are two options:

1. To view the text version of all topics Click Here

2. To hear the information telephonically call you may tell the registered nurse who answers the phone your name, group number and individual ID number. You will be connected to the proper audio recording of the topic and the nurse will be available to discuss any specific questions or refer you to another topic.
